Refund Policy

Refund policies apply only to paid events, such as conferences, workshops, or ticketed gatherings.

Unless otherwise stated on the event registration page:

  • Refund requests must be submitted in writing prior to the published refund deadline.

  • Refunds will not be issued after the deadline or once the event has taken place.

  • Service or processing fees charged by payment providers may be non-refundable.

If an event is cancelled by RCS Edmonton, registrants will be offered a partial, or full refund or an alternative option where applicable. (circumstance based).

Refund timelines and eligibility may vary by event and will be clearly outlined during registration.

Payment Policy

All online payments for RCS Edmonton events are processed securely through Wix Payments or other trusted third-party payment providers. (e.g. Interac E-Transfer, etc.)

RCS Edmonton does not store or process full credit card or payment information on its servers. Payment providers use industry-standard security measures, including encryption and compliance with applicable payment security standards, to protect your information.

By making a payment through our website, you acknowledge that payment processing is handled by third-party providers in accordance with their respective privacy and security policies.
