By accessing this website or registering for events hosted by the Royal Commonwealth Society of Edmonton (RCS Edmonton), you agree to the following terms and conditions.
All content on this website is provided for informational purposes only and may be updated or modified without notice. Event details, including dates, times, speakers, and formats, are subject to change.
Registration for events, whether free or paid, may be subject to capacity limits and eligibility requirements. RCS Edmonton reserves the right to refuse or cancel registrations where necessary, including in cases of misconduct or non-compliance with event policies.
Participation in events is at the attendee’s own risk. RCS Edmonton is not responsible for personal loss, injury, or damage arising from attendance at events, except where required by law.
RCS Edmonton cannot be held liable for allergic reactions before, during, or after their events or events they have been involved in. RCS Edmonton makes every attempt possible, within reason, to ensure a safe, allergen free environment for guests, though this does not guarantee any environment is free of allergens. Events where food is prepared, served, consumed, etc., it is your (the attendee's) responsibility to use caution during consumption and alert RCS Edmonton of any allergy(ies) you may have, and the location of anti-allergy medication or EpiPen if applicable. Though RCS Edmonton cannot be held responsible for any allergic reaction which may occur.
RCS Edmonton has a zero tolerance policy. Any disrespect, or abuse (or any of the like) will not be tolerated and will result in the party(ies) having their ticket(s) revoked and transportation cancelled without question. All drivers and RCS Edmonton Board Members have the final say and decisions are final.
